Order Tracking

 

Once an order has been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent with the tracking number. This number can be used to monitor the delivery progress.

How to Track Your Order:

  1. Check Email: After shipping, a confirmation email with the tracking number will be received. If it’s not in the inbox, check the spam or junk folder.

  2. Track Online: Visit the shipping carrier's website:

    • For domestic orders (within Indonesia), visit the JNE website and enter the tracking number.
    • For international orders, use the DHL Express or EMS Express website, depending on the selected carrier.
  3. Live Updates: Entering the tracking number on the carrier’s site will provide live updates on the order status.
