General Information

Welcome to Bali Eclipse! Orders are processed within 1-2 business days during business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

An email notification will be sent once your package is on its way. All shipments are fully insured and trackable. If the notification isn't in your inbox, check your spam folder.

For urgent deliveries, feel free to reach out via WhatsApp or any social media channels.

Domestic Shipping 

For orders within Indonesia, shipping is done using JNE:

  • Bali: 1-2 working days (including Saturdays).
  • Jakarta and other islands: 3-4 working days on average.

International Shipping

Bali Eclipse uses EMS Express or DHL Express for international orders, typically taking 5-8 working days. For Asian countries, regular air post is used.

Please note that international shipments may take longer due to customs clearance. Any duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility and may be required by the courier for package release.

Delivery Rates
Local Delivery

  • Regular Delivery: Free for all orders.
  • Urgent Delivery: You can pick up from Ubud with Gojek at your own expense.

International Delivery

  • Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Hong Kong: Regular air shipment (5-10 working days) - 140,000 IDR (approx. 9 USD). Free shipping Asia-wide for orders over 1.5 million IDR.
  • Australia: DHL (5-8 working days) - 300,000 IDR (approx. 20 USD).
  • US: DHL (5-8 working days) - 320,000 IDR (approx. 21 USD).
  • Canada: DHL (5-8 working days) - 320,000 IDR (approx. 21 USD).
  • France, Germany, Netherlands, Great Britain, Spain, Italy: DHL (5-8 working days) - 400,000 IDR (approx. 24 EUR).

Cancellation

If a cancellation is needed due to a change of mind, contact balieclipsestore@gmail.com. If the order has not been dispatched, it can be canceled, and a refund will be issued. However, once the order has been sent out, cancellations are not possible.

Return

If the item doesn’t fit or there’s a change of mind, returns can be made within 14 days from the delivery date. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Note that gift cards are non-refundable.

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts (unless due to an error).
  • The return is requested after 14 days from the delivery date.
  • The item was purchased on sale.

Refund and Exchange

Once the return is received and inspected, an email will be sent regarding the refund status. If approved, a credit will be issued to the original payment method within 10 working days.

If the refund has not been received yet, please check the bank account again. It is also advisable to contact the credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before the refund is officially processed.

Please note that a 10% administration fee applies to refunds for a change of mind.
